Shipping Policy – Namey by Amy

At Namey by Amy, all products are handmade with care and shipped on a monthly schedule. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Monthly Releases

  • Orders are released and shipped on a monthly basis.

  • Customers acknowledge at checkout that they are ordering for the month announced.

  • Spots are limited and released on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Processing Time

  • Handmade products require time to create. Orders will be processed and shipped during the month of release.

  • Please note that processing and shipping may take several weeks due to the handmade nature of the products and the volume of orders.

3. Shipping & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or other trusted postal carriers.

  • Once an order leaves Namey by Amy’s care, I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.

  • Namey by Amy will assist in liaising with Australia Post or other carriers if an issue occurs, but these services are independent entities outside my control.

4. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

  • Shipping times for international orders may vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.

5. Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking information, which will be provided once the order is dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

  • I am not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Safety & Handling

  • Products such as banners, wall hangings, and mobiles are decor items only and are not toys.

  • They are not suitable for hanging from cots or sleeping areas full time. Customers should refer to current safe sleep guidelines when displaying products near children.

8. Notes

  • Handmade items may have natural variations in colour, size, texture, and finish.

  • Customers should be aware that these variations are part of the unique handmade nature of the product and do not constitute defects.
